Zello Channel Connector

One encrypted push.tt channel mapped to one Zello channel, with voice both ways.

  • Runs on an always-on Linux host with Node.js 20+
  • Live channel voice only; messages and location do not cross
  • The encryption boundary ends on the connector host

Android Phone Bridge

A dedicated Android phone linking push.tt audio to a radio through VOX.

  • Android 8+, continuous power, and two-way audio
  • CTIA or USB-C adapter must expose microphone input
  • Audio only: no hard PTT or COS on the phone cable

Donor-radio gateway

A Linux host and a spare radio joined through audio, hard PTT, and preferably COS.

  • Packaged installer and hardened service
  • Voice path for analogue, DMR, P25, or TETRA donor radios
  • Physical levels and fail-safe PTT must be proved on site

A direct RTP path for JPS appliances that expose standard G.711 PCMU media.

  • RSP-Z2 and ACU-Z1 profiles are implemented
  • Private RTP reachability is required
  • Inventory and runtime profile must agree

Generic RTP gateway profile

For a gateway that exposes standard PCMU RTP and an approved control path.

  • Media uses a fixed, documented RTP profile
  • Control must fail safe and be measured separately
  • RTP belongs on a private VLAN or authenticated tunnel
