A channel per function, and one for the whole property
Housekeeping does not need to hear kitchen traffic, but everyone needs to hear an evacuation. Both are one channel each.
- Org channels reach every member of the property
- Emergency overrides Do Not Disturb, Busy and mute — the one thing that always gets through
- Seasonal and agency staff are provisioned and revoked from the console in seconds

Guest conversations stay off the record
Room numbers, guest names and incidents move across these channels all day. On private and org channels they are encrypted on member devices.
