Discreet by default

An earpiece and a screen-off handset in a pocket, rather than a radio on a belt at volume. Audio keeps flowing with the screen off.

  • Route audio to an earpiece or a paired device
  • Silence messages for a shift without leaving the channel
  • Solo plays live audio only from the people you have marked — the rest still arrives in history

A channel per function, and one for the whole property

Housekeeping does not need to hear kitchen traffic, but everyone needs to hear an evacuation. Both are one channel each.

  • Org channels reach every member of the property
  • Emergency overrides Do Not Disturb, Busy and mute — the one thing that always gets through
  • Seasonal and agency staff are provisioned and revoked from the console in seconds

Guest conversations stay off the record

Room numbers, guest names and incidents move across these channels all day. On private and org channels they are encrypted on member devices.

  • push.tt carries it without being able to listen
  • Retention is off by default; where a property turns it on, members see a notice in retained channels
