Subcontractors, without giving away the site
A subcontractor can be added to the one channel they need for the weeks they are on site, and removed the day they leave.
- Private channels are per crew; org channels reach the whole organisation
- Removing someone stops future key grants immediately
- Every provision, removal and posture change is in the audit trail

When something goes wrong
Emergency on push.tt is a state, not a chime. It persists until somebody clears it, and it overrides Do Not Disturb, Busy and channel mute.
- Raise, acknowledge and clear are separate — an acknowledgement does not end the alert
- A worker in distress takes the floor even if someone else is mid-sentence
- Every raise, acknowledgement and clear is audited, and abuse controls are on by default
